The general opening period of the shooting hunt in Saint-Martin has been set from next July 26 at 5 a.m. to January 3, 2016 inclusive, announced the prefecture.
The decree relating to the 2015-2016 hunting season was signed on June 22. The prefecture specifies that certain species of game can only be hunted during specific periods, including the square-tailed dove, the Turkish dove, the red-necked pigeon, the white-crowned pigeon and the crescent dove.
