Centenary of the First World War: call for projects

0

The commemoration cycle of the Centenary of the First World War began in 2014. The objective of the Centennial Mission is to prepare and implement the commemorative program, explains the government. The official “Centenary” label distinguishes “the most innovative and structuring projects for the territories”, eligible for financial assistance. In 2015, 736 projects received this label. Regarding the commemorations of 2017, the Mission is launching a new call for projects. Among the main themes, the arrival of American troops. A visit is essential on the site www.centenaire.org which offers a wealth of information, and allows you to (re) immerse yourself in the different battles.

Interested persons are requested to submit their labeling request to the "Departmental Committee of the Centenary of Guadeloupe" before November 1, 2016 by email: sarah.epiard@onacvg.fr or by mail to: Office National des Veterans Combattants et Victimes de Guerre, 3 rue Alexandre ISAAC 97 100 Basse-Terre.
