ANIMAL CAUSE: Last chance to participate in the raffle in favor of animals

In order to raise funds and lead a new sterilization campaign, the I Love My Island Dog association is collaborating with the Soualiga Animal Lovers association to organize a big raffle... the draw of which will take place this Saturday, September 17.

Created in 2007 by Ursula Oppikofer, the association I Love My Island Dog managed the refuge on the French side of the island from 2009 to 2017, it was destroyed following the passage of Hurricane Irma. Since then, the association has focused its efforts on raising awareness and taking care of care such as vaccination, microchip installation and of course sterilization. Animal rescue also goes through this. This new raffle promises nice prizes thanks to donations from several local businesses: weekend at the hotel, purchase vouchers in clothing, accessories and jewelry shops, dinner in restaurants, boat trips, the list is long and the cause is beautiful. To try to win one of these prizes while working for the protection of animals in Saint-Martin, log on to the website of the association I Love My Island Dog (see Info) and click on "make a donation" under the heading Donation Paypal. The raffle ticket is priced at 10 euros. For people who do not have a PayPal account, contact the I Love My Island Dog or Soualiga Animal Lovers association directly on their respective facebook pages. Raffle tickets are also available for sale at the Cabinet Vétérinaire de Bellevue this Friday and at the Lovely Dog grooming salon in Hope Estate. To sterilize them is also to protect them. _VX
