In order to assess the average price of the real estate market in the French part, we analyzed the requests for intention to alienate (DIA) for the year 2020.
Price per square meter in Mont Vernon
Depending on the seven sales made, the price per square meter varies from 2 to 000 euros. The average surface area of houses sold is 5 meters for an average price of 695 euros per square meter. The average transaction amount is EUR 85,6.
At Mont Vernon 1, the price per meter varies between 3 and 440 euros, at Mont Vernon the average price is 3 euros.
Price per square meter in Marigot
According to the seven sales made, the average price per square meter is between 874 euros at Agrément and 5835 euros (sector not specified). Two premises of 88 square meters were sold for 2 euros per square meter; two apartments of 445 square meters at 58 euros per square meter. Two other buildings were sold for 1015 and 2 euros per square meter; the first, with a surface area of 170 square meters, houses three apartments.
Price per square meter in Friar's Bay
According to the three sales recorded in the DIA file, the average amount of a transaction is 250000 euros for a living area of 78,5 square meters, or an average price per square meter of 3177 euros. In the same complex, two dwellings with an almost identical surface area were sold, one at 2 euros per square meter, the second at 815 euros per square meter.
