It was with real pleasure and above all great expectation that several members of the "Saint-Martin Extreme Runners" club met last Monday on the beach at Grand-Case.
After a legitimate joy to meet again, to exchange, the trailers of the "Saint-Martin Extreme Runners" put back the blue of heating with with the program of the day: a ground work on the beach and several sessions of swimming.
A training rhythm which should increase over the weeks for the club's licensees, while waiting to know the official calendar of new competitions…
