a) subject: FAXINFO and SOUALIGA PHOTO CLUB, launch a photo contest, under the conditions provided for in these rules and the winner of which will receive the prizes described in point g.
b) Participants: All residents of Saint Martin over the age of 18 can participate in the photo competition.
c) Duration: The contest will start on December 24, 2019 and will end on January 24, 2020, both included.
d) Theme of the photographs: Photographs must comply with the following rules:
- The theme of this competition is "The family at Christmas", the photos submitted to the competition must therefore reflect the Christmas spirit and the family's own values during these holidays. They may not include the image of third parties who have not expressly given their permission to appear in the photographs.
- Photographs must be taken on the island of Saint Martin, this condition must be clearly identified on the photo.
- The photo frame is free, it can be exterior or interior photos.
- Each participant can send a maximum of two photos.
- The proposed photographs can be at your choice either in black and white or in color.
The photographs must not be contrary to the law, morality or public order, nor be offensive or embarrassing, that is to say of a violent, pornographic, racist or bad taste, or that, for For whatever reason, Faxinfo considers that its image or that of Soualiga Photo Club, or even of third parties, may be altered. The latter reserve the right to request and / or proceed with the immediate withdrawal of the photographs before they are published.
The photographs must be original, the participants must declare that they are the exclusive authors of the works submitted to the competition and that they do not contain elements belonging to other authors.
Likewise, participants declare that they hold all the permits and / or authorizations that may correspond to image rights, in particular for minors, and guarantee to have obtained the express authorization of the parents / guardians of these minors for the use and dissemination. of their image in the context of this competition, assuming any liability that may arise therefrom, thus expressly releasing Faxinfo and Soualiga Photo Club from any liability in this regard.
e) Conditions of participation in the competition: Participants must send an email addressed to: faxinfo@dauphintelecom.fr with their contact details to which will be attached the photos proposed for the competition as well as the blank authorization to use the image to be completed which you will receive by email at your request or to be collected from the Faxinfo office in Bellevue if necessary. This authorization must be completed and signed by you and attached to your shipment.

A jury composed of various members will choose three finalist photos which will be downloaded from the Faxinfo website: www.faxinfo.fr at the place of the Photography Contest

Among all the photographs selected, the jury will choose, on January 27, 2020, the one who will be the winner of the competition. The jury's decision is final. The participant will be informed of his status as a winning photographer by receiving an email to the address he has provided for this purpose.
f) Transfer of rights: Contest participants, by participating, expressly authorize to FAXINFO and SOUALIGA PHOTO CLUB, without limitation in time or territory, to exhibit, publish and / or distribute the photographs sent, in whatever medium or format, in the context of this competition.
The winner of the competition agrees to yield to FAXINFO and SOUALIGA PHOTO CLUB all intellectual property rights that may correspond to it in relation to the winning photograph of the competition. This transfer covers any right of exploitation, in whatever form, modality or medium whatsoever, including any imaginable mode of exploitation and, consequently, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, without in the latter case any transformations, adaptations or variations being considered as modifications subject to the provisions of the law on intellectual property. This transfer of rights is exclusive, and without limitation, territorial or temporal. Likewise, the winner waives any act of exploitation in connection with the creations which are the subject of said transfer. The price that the author will receive will represent the payment of the assignment of all the rights determined herein.
Similarly, FAXINFO and SOUALIGA PHOTO CLUB reserves the right to communicate the image, name and first name of participants publicly and in the media they deem appropriate.
