Four and a half months after being launched in part in France, the vaccination campaign against Covid-19 remains timid, the barrier of 10 doses has still not been crossed. Last week 000 new injections were given, including 887 first doses. A total of 521 doses were administered. 9 people received the first dose and 256 both doses. Compared to the Dutch part, it is 6 times fewer people who received at least one dose.

Since the start of the campaign, the barrier of 1 doses injected in one week has been crossed three times in the French part: mid April with 000 doses, mid May with respectively 1 and 269 doses. The first figure is explained by the vaccination operations in the districts, the second were recorded between May 1 and 209, that is to say during the two weeks following the opening of the vaccinodrome in Galisbay.

Outside these periods, the average number of doses has varied between 630 and 890 per week since mid April. A peak at 887 was recorded last week with an increase in injections corresponding to second doses (366 against 189 the week before). Otherwise the number of people receiving a first dose is 520 per week. (soualigapost.com)
