JPH, a 27-year-old homeless man was presented Wednesday morning for immediate appearance before the Saint-Martin court for having committed several crimes in the space of two weeks in Marigot. He was sentenced to eight months in prison, four of which were suspended with probation for eighteen months, including the obligation to follow care and find a job. A deposit warrant was also issued for him. He notably stole a scale from a bakery on the seafront, attacked an employee of a restaurant in the city center and outraged several gendarmes.
