In your diaries: the St Barth Gourmet Festival is back from November 3 to 6, 2016. And French gastronomy will of course be there.
During this culinary getaway, you will have the opportunity to discover the cuisine of nine chefs “around exceptional dinners concocted in duo with the executive chefs of partner establishments”, according to Nils Dufau, president of the territorial tourism committee of Saint-Barthélemy .
Each chef will offer a four or eight course menu during the three dinners of this event. The sponsor of this new edition is Christian Le Squer, chef of the Four Seasons Georges V hotel in Paris, who won three stars in the 2016 edition of the Michelin.
