Following the success of the previous edition, the Saint-Martin Tourist Office team invites restaurant owners to an information meeting as part of the 2023 Gastronomy Festival.
The next edition of the unmissable event for lovers of gastronomy will take place from November 11 to 22, 2023. Launched in 2021, the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival returns at the end of the year with 11 days during which we will celebrate together the flavors of Saint-Martin cuisine, and the talent of the professionals who make Saint-Martin the Caribbean capital of gastronomy. Cooking workshops, tastings, Gastronomy Village, restaurants... this new issue promises a very rich initiatory journey for your taste buds, orchestrated by resident and international chefs. In order to better prepare for the competition, the restaurateurs of the territory were invited to participate in an information and presentation meeting held by the team of the Saint-Martin Tourist Office. The first took place last Wednesday at the Mood in Grand-Case for restaurateurs curious to learn more about the Gastronomy Festival or wishing to take part in the competition. The second information meeting will take place this Wednesday, August 23 at the Belle Époque (Marina in Marigot) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. A third meeting organized by the Tourist Office is scheduled for Wednesday, August 30 at the Orient Bay Trattoria from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Restaurant owners are invited to attend one of these meetings so that the Tourist Office can answer any questions regarding the Gastronomy Festival and to register directly on site after the informative event. _VX
