Five days after its resounding success against New Zealand (27-13) in the opening match of the 2023 World Cup, the French team will start as heavy favorites this Thursday, September 14 at the Pierre Mauroy stadium in Villeneuve d'Ascq against Uruguay. The match kicks off at 15 p.m. (Saint Martin time).

Revolution confirmed. After the volcanic clash against New Zealand, the XV of France will face Uruguay with a largely overhauled team. Fabien Galthié makes twelve changes compared to the winners of the All Blacks.
