Reconstruction: The Com wants external companies to pay the TGCA

During the last territorial council, the president Daniel Gibbs declared that it would be good that the external companies located in metropolitan, Guadeloupe or elsewhere, also pay the TGCA, the general tax on turnover, which is 4%.
