The Collectivity of Saint-Martin reminds citizens who have been informed by the Titles service of the availability of their driving license that they are required to come and collect their document as soon as possible.
At present, 273 driving licenses are awaiting withdrawal by their owners from the Titles Department.
As a reminder: each user must be able to present their driving license in the event of a roadside check or for any administrative act requiring the presentation of a driving license. Its withdrawal from the Securities Department is therefore mandatory.
For paid driving licenses, in the absence of presentation before Friday February 26, 2021, the Collectivity will be obliged to initiate a recovery procedure with regard to the holder of the title.
The Titles service is located in the annex of the Collectivité, rue Victor Maurasse in Marigot. It receives the public for driving licenses, Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m.
