The Territorial Council of Saint-Martin will meet in plenary session on Thursday April 12, 2018 at 9 a.m. The agenda was established as follows:
1- Abrogation of the deliberation CE 014-08-2017 dated September 22, 2017 relating to an exceptional reduction of the property tax for the year 2017 and the suspension of the proceedings of any kind on the charges of 2017 and earlier - Regularization of the said deliberation .
2- Abrogation of the deliberation CE015-07-2017 dated October 06, 2017 relating to the exceptional measure of non liquidation of the increase of 10% in the event of late payment of the balance of the IRPP on the income of 2016 - Regularization of the said deliberation .
3- Adoption of the 2018 Primitive Budget of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin
4- Financing of reconstruction. Various provisions aimed at strengthening the effectiveness of the national tax exemption regime known as the “Girardin law”.
5- Deliberation granting the guarantee of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin for a PHBB loan from the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations granted to SEMSAMAR for the financing of rehabilitation works to be carried out on its social housing in Saint-Martin following the passage of hurricanes IRMA and MARIA.
