Miss Saint-Martin / Saint-Barthélemy will be the third regional miss to be elected to represent her region in the Miss France 2021 contest which will take place in December.
Due to the health crisis, the schedule was upset, to date only Miss Corsica and Languedoc-Roussillon have been elected. Note that the elections of Miss Tahiti and Miss Auvergne were canceled.
In our region, only one young woman represents the two islands, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barth. The election takes place every two years (2020-2018-2016-2014…) alternating with that of Miss Saint-Pierre and Miquelon; Last year the event had nevertheless taken place because the election in Saint-Pierre had been canceled for lack of candidates, hence a postponement to the northern islands.
This year, they are four to compete for this national beauty title and are called Naïma, Loula, Taïcha and Carla. They are between 18 and 22 years old. They will appear before a small audience in compliance with health measures this evening Wednesday August 19 at 978 Sanctorum Lounge in Rambaud. The show will be hosted by Sarolina Ada and Donovan Soudiagom. Singer Kenyo Baly and the National Institute of Arts-Nia will also be in the evening.
It is possible to vote for your favorite candidate by SMS, the number is indicated on the photos. The one who received the most votes will succeed Layla Berry, elected in 2019.
