Last Wednesday, around fifty members of Métimer gathered at Ma Ti Beach for the 15th annual general meeting of the association.
On this occasion, Bulent Gulay was re-elected president of Métimer, Stéphane Mazurier (Marine Time) vice-president, Régine Hée (Saint-Martin Diesel Services), treasurer, and Brigitte Delaitre (Turquoise) secretary. As for Fanoula Roozendal (SXM Yacht Charters), Laurence Valette (JLV Concept), Marie-Claire Mauro (Caribbean Multihulls), Franck Roncuzzi (Nature Reserve), Florence Jouvin (SXM Yacht Charters), Arnaud Wack (Anse Marcel Marina) and Jason Stecker (Love Watersport), they are now directors. In addition, Métimer recalls that it benefits from a subsidy from the Collectivity which allows it in particular to develop its actions in favor of water sports. Mark your calendars: the next Fête de la mer will take place in Grand-Case at the end of May 2016.
