The Saint-Martin International Athletics Meeting will take place on May 7 at the Albéric Richards stadium. The list of events and race schedules was provided to us by Mr. Calvin Bryan of Speedy Plus, organizer of the event, in partnership with the community of Saint-Martin.
The morning will be devoted to school children, the afternoon to local juniors. The international meeting will start at 16 p.m. Mr. Bryan specified that the Meeting International d'athlétisme de Saint-Martin was now included in the calendar of the French Athletics Federation, for which it received approval. He announced the participation of international athletes like Lolo Jones USA (World and Olympic champion), and the Anguillais, Zharnel Hughes, among the best in the world who is currently racing in the team of a certain… Usain Bolt. Many countries will be represented: Turkey, USA, Liberia, Guyana, Dominican Republic, Kenya, Vietnam, Jamaica, Trinidad, with international media coverage. _AF
