From January 21, an enumerator could knock on your door as part of the annual population census, in partnership with the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE).

Each year, the Collectivity carries out a population census. Enumerators with an official card will come to private individuals between January 21 and February 27, 2016. “The census is a strong act on a territory, because it allows on the one hand to know with precision the number of inhabitants and their characteristics, and on the other hand to define the participation of the state in the financing of the public policies of the Collectivity ”, according to the president Aline Hanson, specifying that the homeless people and those living on dwellings mobiles will also be listed. Your answers, given to INSEE, will remain confidential and anonymous.
