Jérémy Watt of Madtwoz Family expressed himself at greater length by pointing out the shortcomings for "young people" in terms of activities in the neighborhood.

Cédrick André also pointed out that the cultural center and the cinema destroyed by Irma have still not been rebuilt.

In addition, just as they had done during the social conference organized by the COM at the beginning of the year, several residents pointed out to the Minister that if the territory had training tools such as the vocational high school, that young people were graduates in catering or hospitality, they struggled to find a job in the French part because the companies created by metropolitan people had trouble recognizing the skills of young people and therefore recruiting them.

Annick Girardin suggested that it was possible to put more constraints, in particular in terms of recruitment with equal skills, in employment aid schemes.

Finally, Jérémy Watt underlined the absence of sidewalks in Sandy Ground (a remark also made during social meetings at the start of the year) as well as that of the markings on the ground. "Why ? Is there no more paint? He asked. (soualigapost.com)
