There is the asking price and the paid price. In order to assess the average price of the real estate market in the French part, we analyzed the requests for intent to dispose (DIA) for the year 2020. We only retained statements that included an equal level of information, namely location, living space, land area and price. In total, we based ourselves on 124 DIA relating to homes, buildings or business premises and on 45 DIA relating to land.
