An eighteen-year-old boy was sentenced by the Saint-Martin court to fifteen months in prison, nine of which was suspended and put on probation for two years for having participated in an armed robbery in Quartier d'Orléans. At the helm, he claimed that he had accompanied his friend to see if he was able to commit a robbery.
Not wanting to be recognized, he had put on a hood and black clothes. Only his friend had entered the store with a dummy weapon. "Having accompanied your friend still makes you an accomplice to the facts," says the court, which has not given up on its will to have just wanted to observe its comrade.
