The president of the Collectivity had the pleasure of meeting 5 high school students from the final CAP Cuisine of the vocational high school of the Northern Islands who had come to present their project to publish a book of West Indian recipes.
Ricardo, Ashley, Isaiah, Alexis and Lorenzo represented their class who have been working on this beautiful project since the start of the school year. Their teacher René-Marc Nivelle guides them in this achievement.
The students came alone to meet President Gibbs and were not without relevance during the interview.
