As part of the experimentation of Territorial Hubs for an Inclusive Digital System, a device co-constructed by the Banque des Territoires and the Mission Société Numérique, and for which ANIS Saint-Martin is the relay for the territory, two days of training "digital helper »Are organized on July 20 and 22, 2020.

Thus, about twenty young civic services from the Collectivity of Saint-Martin attend these training courses alternating between theoretical contributions, scenarios and exchanges of practices. Two themes during these days led by Mahaut De Moulins from BSF:

- understand and diagnose digital insecurity

- lead collective workshops

This short training will allow them to develop their soft skills (know-how, interpersonal skills, knowledge of transmission, etc.) and thus enhance their CV of the skills acquired on this occasion.

As part of our missions, a need has emerged both from the administrations and from the associations involved in the neighborhoods. Interested in implementing actions to promote digital inclusion within their structures, they wanted to be able to educate their volunteers and employees about digital inclusion and have the tools to carry out actions.

Thanks to the involvement of our partners: such as Bibliothèque Sans Frontières, and with the support of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin and telecom operators, we hope to be able to provide residents, associations, VSEs / SMEs and services public, a

brigade of 5 to 10 versatile digital caregivers / mediators, thus enabling us to cover the entire territory and significantly develop digital mediation.

Its objective was to facilitate online administrative procedures. (The players in digital mediation. The ambition was to provide access to step-by-step guides, tutorials and webinars on essential services, and to allow all citizens to access qualified contacts for the help remotely.) - for example, how to fill out your travel certificate, fill in a CAF certificate or make a telemedicine appointment ...
