The Northern Islands, Guadeloupe and Martinique can blow: the active rain-storm system has moved west, giving way to a tropical storm named “Kate” located yesterday in the Bahamas. Météo France estimates that this phenomenon should have a limited lifespan, less than 72 hours, because this storm is heading towards the colder waters of the North Atlantic.
