Many Saint-Martin companies have received a rejection notification from the Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFIP) following their request for aid of up to 1500 euros from the solidarity fund for the month of March 2020.
During the investigation by the services of the Center of public finance, it appeared that the majority of the refusals was related to the absence of payment of the license fee and contribution of the patents (DLCP) in 2019.
It is in fact recalled that, like everywhere else, companies must attest to an up-to-date fiscal situation in order to benefit from public aid. Moreover, business leaders had to attest on their honor of the social regularity and taxation of their business before filling out the form on the impots.gouv.fr platform.
Consequently, in order to benefit from the aid under the solidarity fund for the month of April 2020, for the month of May 2020 and under the additional aid for Strand 2, the companies concerned are strongly invited to regularize their situation by filling out the 2019 DLCP form to download from the Community website (www.com-saint-martin.fr/ressources/DLCP-2019.pdf) and drop it in the mailbox of the Center des finances publics located at the entrance to the Collection Center.
Payment can be made by check (to be attached to the declaration) or by bank transfer (IBAN: FR20 3000 1000 641D 9300 0000 009 - BIC: BDFEFRPPCCT). The form and payment by check can also be sent by post to "Center des finances publics 8, rue Jean-Jacques Fayel - BP 382 - 97 061 SAINT-MARTIN CEDEX".
Companies up to date with their tax contributions but whose request has been rejected are invited to contact the Center des finances publics (cfip.sxm-pole.recouvrement@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr) to obtain information on their file.
