Following the deliberation adopted during the Territorial Council of April 14, having pushed back to June 15, 2020 the date of filing of the corporate tax, the elected officials were invited to vote this morning, an amending deliberation allowing to postpone the date of payment of Corporate Tax, as of June 30, 2020.
Explanations:
- After two months of confinement, this will allow the necessary time for local companies to carry out the procedures.
- Companies in difficulty can request the postponement of the payment of corporate tax to December 31, 2020, so they are not affected by this date.
- To obtain deferrals of payment from the TGCA, Patente and Company Tax, entrepreneurs in difficulty are invited to complete the online form on the website of the Collectivity and return it to the public finance center.
