The carnival festivities of Saint Martin (FCDSM) announced that Doranya Pascal, our Miss Junior Carnival 2017, had a great trip during the International Festival of Talent and Beauty in the Dominican Republic. Last week, the girl won two awards in the “Pre-teen” category: 2nd prize in the general classification as 1st runner-up and the most beautiful glamor costume. "It should be remembered that this is the very first participation of Saint-Martin in this competition and we must salute the very large representation of Doranya", indicates the association by way of press. A committee welcomed the miss and her chaperone last Wednesday at Juliana airport, in the presence of the Saint-Martin Tourist Office. _EH
