A tragic incident occurred last Tuesday in the middle of the afternoon on the beach of Orient Bay. Witnesses pulled a victim out of the water and tried to help them while waiting for the firefighters, SMUR and police to arrive. Unfortunately, the victim, an American tourist, was already in cardiac arrest at the time of the intervention of the rescuers, who were unable to bring him back to life, despite numerous massages.
