“Yesterday morning, around 7:30 a.m., a two-wheeler driver refused to submit to a road safety check on Grand-Case. In his attempt to escape control, he took the left lane and collided with a parked vehicle,” the prefecture said in a press release.
The motorcyclist, aged 36, suffered leg injuries. His vital prognosis is not in jeopardy. He was quickly taken care of by the police and emergency teams present on the scene. The victim was transported to the Louis-Constant Fleming hospital center for appropriate treatment of his injuries and a CT scan.
