A thirteen-year-old girl went to file a complaint against her mother who had just hit her.
The facts happened in March 2018 after the mother, BB, thirty-three years old, discovered a photo of her daughter in a small dress (bra) on her Facebook profile, she took a belt to correct it. And when the belt broke, she grabbed an electrical cable. The medical certificate indeed reports several lacerations on the body of the girl, still visible several days later. The doctor who examined her also noted older traces.
The thirteen-year-old girl said she did not want to go back to her mother, with whom she still lives, she wants to find her father.
After deliberation, the court sentenced the mother to a two-month prison sentence and received the constitution of the girl's civil party. The mother must pay him a total of 6 euros for the physical and moral damage suffered.
