À vos plumes: France Ô is launching the 5th edition of the Oceans short film award 2017. The channel invites you to write and then direct a short film on the theme of overseas. The scenarios must be “original, creative and innovative for all audiences”, “have a direct link with the socio-cultural realities of the French overseas territories” and not exceed 30 minutes. At stake: 30.000 euros to finance your film. This prize will be announced as part of the Directors' Fortnight and awarded at a party during the Cannes Film Festival.
