Despite the major climatic events that hit the island of Saint Martin, the sports infrastructure destroyed, we're still running!
Saturday March 10, 2018, the Avenir Sportif Club de Saint Martin is organizing the 6th edition of "la Saint-Martinoise", a 100% female race and walk.
Having become a major event on the island's sporting calendar, this race brings together more and more participants each year whose leitmotif seems to be "have fun and run".
For this new edition, the principle will remain the same: activities begin at 15 p.m. on the Marigot Sea Front with a collective warm-up in music. At 15 p.m., the start will be given to participants, runners and walkers for a 16km course in Marigot. Mother-daughter duo teams can register (from 5 years old).
At 17 p.m., party time with a 1/2 hour Zumba animation. Followed by a raffle with many prizes to be won.
Registration will start on March 6, 2018 at Hope Estate's Quicksilver during store opening hours.
A medical certificate of no contra indication of the practice of running in competition, for the individual event and mother / daughter race will be required.
