By deliberation of the Territorial Council of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, dated February 2, 2023, it was decided to modify the Land Use Plan (POS).
A public consultation is open for this purpose, starting Monday September 18, 2023.
Requests for zoning changes may be entered in the consultation notebook.
The POS revision file will be available for consultation at the Territorial Planning Department, annex of the Administrative City of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, 6 rue Jean-Jacques FAYEL, in Concordia.
The opening hours are as follows:
• From Monday September 18 to Monday October 16, 2023 inclusive: from 8:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.
