As part of the organization of cultural evenings linked to carnival festivities organized by the Association "Carnival Carnival of Saint Martin" in the carnival village of Galisbay, authorization is granted to temporarily close a portion of the Boulevard " Dr Hubert PETIT ”at Galisbay.
For this purpose, the circulation and parking of any vehicle is prohibited in front of the carnival village in the portion of said Boulevard between the bridge and this up to the exit of the Galisbay public parking lot on the days and times indicated below. :
• Sunday February 17, 2019 from 15 p.m. to 22 p.m.
• Saturday February 23, 2019 from 19 p.m. to 02 a.m.
Car traffic will be diverted on this occasion in the parking lot; A fluorescent signage system must be set up by the organizing committee for optimal orientation security.
AR008-2019: Also within the framework of the carnival festivities organized by the Association “Festivities Carnavalesques De Saint-Martin” represented by Madame RASPAIL Luciana, President, the car park adjoining the “Jean-Louis VANTERPOOL” stadium is temporarily closed on Sunday February 24, 2019 from 06:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.
As such, 18 stands selling food and beverages will be installed on the said site from 06 am to 19 pm; the whole area will be transformed into a pedestrian street.
Violators of these provisions will be in accordance with the provisions of the Penal Code, prosecuted and fined in the event of violation, on the days, hours and on the route above established. The Territorial Police is responsible for ensuring the execution of this order.
