She who had started a course in business law, finally decides to "get closer to the more human side of law", convinced that "money is not everything".

The click occurred when the border between the two parts of Saint-Martin was closed following the coronavirus epidemic in March 2020.

“When I saw that children of French nationality, living on the Dutch side, could not go to school on the French side, I decided to pursue foreigners' rights. I also spoke about this episode in my cover letter ”. She, who suffered a form of racism during her adolescence in Saint-Martin because of her status as a foreigner, became aware during her volunteer actions of the plight of many foreigners on the island who have difficulty in regularize their situation.
