Theodore Heyliger, who was sent to Bonaire while in pre-trial detention, arrived in Sint-Maarten on the WINAIR flight last Friday at Juliana Airport.
Theodore Heyliger arrived with a team of investigators and was held on board the flight while all other passengers on the same flight disembarked and left by bus to the terminal building. He was the last passenger with the TBO agents to get off the plane.
The court decided last Wednesday that Theodore Heyliger should be brought back to Saint Martin during his detention.
