As part of the “Rights of the Child” week, the Collectivity is organizing a big sports day this Saturday, November 26.
On the occasion of this new edition, it is the right to participation of children and young people which is honored, through several sporting events organized in the presence of our close neighbors of Anguilla and Sint- Maarten.
The delegations will be greeted at 8 a.m. in the Omnisports hall in Galisbay before the official opening of the event at 8:30 a.m.
Around 16:30 p.m., a closing ceremony will be organized, always at the Omnisports hall in Galisbay to reward the many young players of this day like no other! _AF
The program for the day of November 26:
9h30 - 13h: Volleyball (U 18 Girls). Match organized by the Volleyball League: Women's selection of Saint-Martin vs St Maarten
13h30 - 16h: Basketball (U17 Boys). Basketball Committee CTF match: Club Thunderz vs Sint-Maarten
Tennis Club of Saint-Martin:
9:30 p.m. - 15:30 p.m .: Tennis (U8 to U17 Girls and Boys). Tournament organized by the SXM Tennis Club with the delegations of Anguille, Sint-Maarten and Saint-Martin
16 p.m. - 16:30 p.m .: Closure of the event (presentation of medals) at the Omnisports hall in Galisbay
