Mr. Daniel GIBBS, President of Collectivity of Saint-Martin met on September 20, with Mrs. Annick GIRARDIN, Minister of Overseas. On this occasion, the President expressly asked the Minister that Saint-Martin passes “in a natural disaster” as part of Hurricane MARIA (therefore in addition to IRMA).
Mrs. GIRARDIN made known her favorable opinion to the President Daniel GIBBS for an order of Natural Catastrophe for Saint-Martin following the passage of MARIA and indicated to him that his services were currently working on the preparation of this order.
