“In a permanent concern to improve the quality of public service”, the president of the Community Aline Hanson invited the territorial staff to use the continuous training to improve themselves, during the last Territorial Council.
"The 2017 training plan for the national center for territorial public service has just come out, it must be used," she said in plenary, adding that an audit was carried out recently on the police. The results indicate that “the development of police officers through training is identified as a necessity” as well as “the redeployment of teams and their reinforcement by the recruitment of new staff”. Note that the law of July 12, 1984, modified in depth by that of February 19, 2007, determines the types of training offered to territorial agents. _EH
