While the third day of indefinite strike by COM and CTOS agents ended last Friday, the movement is renewed on Monday, February 4. “We had no satisfaction today, so we remain on our position and will continue our strike on Monday” indicates Nicole Javois, secretary of the UTC-UGTG section of Saint-Martin.
“The documents that we requested (decrees of appointment, career renewal and compensation scheme, functional organization chart, etc.) are still not ready. Without this we cannot start negotiations ”she adds.
For its part, the community indicates that the documents are transmitted as far as possible. “The updating of careers and compensation is a will of President Gibbs and a long-term process”. She assures us that “things will be done gradually”.
