The SHTA targets American customers

This is an initiative that could well benefit Saint-Martin, in this lean period. The St. Maarten Hospitality & Trade Association (SHTA) has announced that four advertising inserts - which will run this month and in July - have been booked in the major American daily USA Today: the aim being to give a boost at the destination during the low season which plagues the local economy. These advertisements - touting tempting offers - invite future travelers to visit a special page dedicated to Sint Maarten on the Expedia reservations site. This new action thus strengthens the association's TripAdvisor / Expedia marketing campaign.
