This Monday 25 November marks the official launch of the AIDES Association's action program!
The program of the World AIDS Day in Saint Martin, whose slogan is "Screened + treated = I don't transmit AIDS anymore" or "Test + treat = i don't transmit AIDS" aims to promote diversified prevention of HIV infection and other sexually transmitted infections as part of a strategy to promote screening and public information. We hope to reduce the number of new HIV infections by getting people to get tested. You should know that a person screened and under treatment no longer transmits HIV, so a Saint Martin without AIDS is possible.
HIV infection remains a priority, as it is the most serious sexually transmitted infection due to its negative impact on immunity, the need for treatment and "lifelong" follow-up, and the repercussions psychological and stigma that this infection always generates.
This program mobilizes all medical, paramedical, associative and political actors to get involved in the fight against HIV / AIDS, thanks to a set of diversified events.
Aides Saint-Martin has put together various actions for you during this campaign from November 25 to December 8.

Our partner, Marjorie Séduction, will exhibit a dress covered in condoms in her boutique located at 8 rue Saint-James. The condom is glamorous, wear it!
• Exhibition in a shop window in Marigot from November 27 to December 8
We offer you a shop window decorated as the end-of-year traditions want! Models wear condoms and strong messages to lead the population towards a change in behavior. • Friday, November 29, message from young people to young people
We met young people involved in Saint-Martin and Sint Maarten and we decided to pass the microphone to them. Listen, young people are talking to you on our Fb!
• Information and screening on festive places on November 30
On Saturday November 30, we meet you at the Blue Martini from 22 p.m. to midnight and at the Lago Hight from midnight. Take the time to inform yourself and get tested between two wines.
• Sunday, December 1, action at the fire station
We accepted the invitation of the firefighters to participate in their open house day. Come and get tested at the Savane barracks from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m.
• Zumba, Sunday from 17 to 19 p.m. at Vanterpool stadium in Concordia
