From June 27 to July 1, 2016, Jean-Luc Lezin, President of the Development Pole within the North Islands Volleyball League, was invited by the head of national male detection, Olivier Audabram at CREPS de Talence in Bordeaux. He joined the technical team made up of executives from Provence and Pays de Loire.

This invitation follows the good sporting results in the Caribbean with the young female selections for already 2 years.

This internship took place at the end of the sports season to assess, advise and guide the players detected for a return to pole at n + 1 or n + 2 (youngest 2 and minimal 1 for the most part).

It also aims to see players detected late during the year. 2 minims were present.

In total: 14 young people participated in this course combining the gym and beach volleyball.

The exchange and discussion were in order.

"I very much appreciated this internship with its methodologies for identifying the future player (s) of the France senior team", underlines Jean-Luc Lezin.

To date, we have 2 players in Pôle France, considered high level athlete: Pia SZEWCZYK Pôle France junior in Toulouse and in the French junior team, Amandha SYLVES Pôle France cadet Boulouris, in the French junior and junior team.

We bet that next season, we will detect more boys and girls wanting to reach the High level. Saint Martin is worthily represented in France. _AF
