• Women's artistic gymnastics
The first course made it possible to group the categories 7/10 non-beginners who practice at least 3 hours of gym per week.
These little pre-competitors really got involved and once again showed that they wanted to enter the competition. They will participate in the "Harmony" competition which will take place on the Dutch side on May 11th.
During the second week, the competitive gymnasts had the opportunity to meet Elsa Louis (coach of the Pôle de la Martinique) who came to give advice and show them that performance gymnastics is above all the rigor and physical qualities which take precedence with of course a large volume of training schedule.
The gymnasts tackled difficulties (tsukara, sun… Japanese somersault…), acrobatics which made them dream, and which became real.
The club thanks Elsa for her investment and for passing on her knowledge to our young Saint-Martin residents who are more motivated than ever.
These gymnasts will fly to Martinique next April for the Antilles-Guyana championships.

• Rhythmic Gymnastics
It was with Roberta, graduated as a GR animator, that rhythmic gymnastics was able to take shape in Saint-Martin.
About fifteen young people enjoyed themselves by participating for the first time in a rhythmic course.
The discovery of the ribbon, rope, balloon ... were in the spotlight!
A great energy has been created around this new discipline!
The next GR course will take place during the Easter holidays.
