From now on, candidates at the head of the list can incur expenses for their electoral campaign through their financial agent during the 6 months preceding the first day of the month of the election. Thus, for example, a future candidate in the territorial election of March 19 and 26, 2017, can be reimbursed for expenses generated from September 1, 2016. However, it is desirable that the financial agent be declared by the candidate as soon as start of his electoral campaign, and at the latest, on the date on which he registers his candidacy in the Prefecture.
