It's the law of series! After two armed robberies committed during the night of October 20 to 21 in the Grand-Case and Marigot sector, two new robberies were perpetrated in the middle of last week to the detriment of two businesses located in downtown Marigot and Concordia.
The events took place respectively on Wednesday October 24, at 18:40 pm, in a Concordia grocery store and the next day, at 13:30 pm, in a well-known “Loterie-Presse” business in Marigot.
For the moment, no link has been established between these two flights.
The gendarmerie thus recalls the principle of prudence and vigilance intended for traders and encourages these professionals to dial the emergency number 17, in case of doubt and / or suspicious person.
The investigations, under the direction of the Public Prosecutor of Saint Martin, were entrusted to the research section and to the Marigot brigade. _AF
