The Collectivity of Saint-Martin has, in recent days, been decorating and lighting up the area for the holidays.

The Getelec company installed light tablecloths on rue de la République and at the corner of rue Kennedy and rue du Général de Gaulle. The 4 roundabouts were illuminated (3D patterns on the roundabouts), 3 giant trees made on the territory were installed at the entrance to Sandy-Ground and Grand-Case. The one initially planned for Quartier d'Orléans was installed on the Marigot Sea Front, a neighborhood association having proposed to install a large tree in Quartier d'Orléans.

The Collectivity is also installing candelabra motifs in the shopping streets as well as 3 lighted street crossings at the entrance to Orleans, Sandy-Ground and Grand-Case.
