A new terminal for the port of Sint Maarten

The port of Sint Maarten is developing a long-term strategy to attract more tourists to the island. Tackling the market for smaller cruise ships is management's new target. In order to accommodate these ships carrying between 500 and 1500 passengers, the port has given itself the means: the construction of a brand new terminal. It has been shown that some tourists, before or after their cruise, take advantage of the destination for several days. A trend that the port therefore intends to exploit. _EH
