A public information demonstration on the zika awaits the population on Wednesday, from 8 a.m., on the seafront of Marigot. State services have announced that a great deal of prevention information will be provided: distribution of "Zika, combat resumes!" Inserts, as well as "golomine" fish intended for tanks. In Saint Martin, 200 cases of Zika have been confirmed since the virus emerged, according to the latest epidemiological bulletin from the French Institute for Public Health Surveillance (InVS). Among these cases, six pregnant women were recorded. The bulletin also indicates that the number of clinically suggestive cases and the positivity rate are still very high in our territory. _EH
