The Collectivity of Saint-Martin informs the population of the next capture of stray dogs on the public highway by the territorial pound, from Monday 04 June to Tuesday 19 June 2018.

Territorial decree 033-2014
According to the territorial decree n ° 033-2014 regulating the conditions of detention of pets and their circulation on the public highway, it is forbidden to let animals wander on the territory of the Community. To avoid any accident, dogs must be kept on a leash and so-called dangerous dogs must be muzzled.
